Services Offered
We provide custom digital panel design services intended for CNC, laser, and plasma cutting machines. All products delivered are digital files only; no physical goods are shipped.
Custom Orders
All designs are created based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all dimensions, machine compatibility, and technical requirements are correct before final approval.
Intellectual Property
All designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After delivery, customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for production errors, material loss, or machine damage resulting from the use of our digital files. Customers should always verify designs before final cutting or manufacturing.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Digital Products & Custom Services
All products sold are custom-made digital designs. Due to the nature of digital files and personalized work, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once the design process has started or files have been delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before design work has begun. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Revisions & Corrections
If the delivered design contains an error caused by us or does not match the agreed specifications, we will provide necessary corrections or revisions at no additional cost.

- Downloadable products
- Completed or partially completed custom orders
